Thank you for using our OnlineInterview.io platform ("Platform"). These Terms Of Use govern your use of the Platform and the services provided. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms Of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms Of Use, please do not use the Platform.
1.1. Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2. Account Creation: In order to create and access interview rooms, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
1.3. Interview Rooms: Users can create interview rooms for free. Each interview room allows up to three participants at the same time. The contents of each interview room, including code text and drawings, are saved to our database. However, please note that video chats are not saved to our database. We do not store or retain any video chat data. The content of each interview room, including code text and drawings are automatically deleted after 30 days. We prioritize the privacy and security of our users, and we do not collect or store any personal video chat data on our servers.
1.4. Prohibited Conduct: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:
(a) Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
(b) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
(c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or the servers or networks used to make the Platform available.
(d) Upload, post, or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or otherwise violates any law or the rights of any third party.
(e) Engage in any activity that could harm or negatively impact the Platform or its users.
2.1. Platform Content: All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio or video clips, is the property of the Platform owner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2.2. Limited License: Subject to these Terms Of Use, the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

4.1. Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
4.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Platform owner or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.1. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.
5.2. Termination: We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms Of Use.
